Our kits use 14-count Aida cloth and can be colour-matched with up to 35 colours of DMC floss. The high-quality A4 paper chart features corresponding symbols, ensuring a delightful stitching experience.
🖼️ Choosing Your Photo:
Select a high-resolution, clear, and sharp image for your custom cross-stitch design. Cross and Stitch can enhance your image by adding names, dates, quotes, flowers, and other elements as desired. You'll receive a preview for approval before we ship the kit.
🌈 Aida Cloth Options:
Wondering about Aida cloth colours? We offer a wide selection of hand-dyed and special colours. Contact us at custom@crossandstitch.com for more information and to place a request.
💻 Digital Files (PDF):
Prefer a digital file only? We've got you covered. Just let us know, and we can send the file to you via email. Physical copies are also available upon request.

We proudly ship worldwide using Australia Post - Post-tracked international and Domestic services.
⏰ Order Turnaround:
For specific turnaround times and to discuss your requirements, please contact us. The current turnaround time for custom orders is 3 to 10 days.
🔄 Return Policy:
Not completely satisfied? You can return your order within 30 days for a refund (excluding non-refundable Postage and Handling fees). The kit must be unused and unopened.
